In 2013, Jerry was honored as a finalist for the Austin IT Executive of the Year award recognizing Central Texas’ top technology professionals. Prior to joining BuildASign.com, Jerry held consulting roles for leading technology companies including Salesforce.com and Hitachi. For her work with Coterie, she received national press attention and was honored as one of TRIBEZA Magazine’s 10 to Watch of 2015. She has served in multiple non-profit board and committee roles, including for Austin’s Big Medium and The Thinkery. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Davidson College with concentrations in Film & Media and Studio Art. Blake previously co-founded BuildASign.com, which has revenues today in the $100Ms, then earned a PhD applying ML to biological problems at UT Austin. He then co-founded Recursion Pharmaceuticals, where he still serves on the board. Recursion has raised over $200M since its 2013 founding, and applies ML to its millions of in-house automated cellular experiments to understand diseases and discover treatments.
